Chief Robert Napier
Chief Robert Napier has been in the fire service since 1998. Chief Napier has served all 9 years with the Union Township/ Fire Rescue. Chief Napier began as a volunteer with the department. Chief Napier was promoted to Lieutenant in 2000, to Captain in 2002, Deputy Chief in 2004, and became the second Full-Time Chief in 2005.
Chief Napier is certified as a 240 Firefighter, EMT-Intermediate, Fire Safety Inspector, Fire Investigator, Hazardous Materials-Operations Level, Drivers Training Instructor, Fire Officer 1 and a Rope Technician.
